A year of new beginnings: Our 2024 annual report
The year 2024 marks a turning point for wbg: After a period of consolidation, the municipal housing company is repositioning itself – with a clear goal in mind: Affordable and livable housing as a social promise.
The annual report provides comprehensive information about our economic development, investments, and projects – from new construction and renovation to digitalization and our new brand identity. With innovative approaches, reliable partnerships, and strong team spirit, we are meeting the challenges of our time.
The focus is on:
- Serial housing construction and energy-efficient renovation to create sustainable neighborhoods,
- digital solutions such as our new tenant app or the completely digitized rental processes,
- bold investments, including the Sturmbühl and Bürk areas,
- social commitment and a strong contribution to city life in VS,
- a new brand, which demonstrates an approachable, modern and solution-oriented attitude.
Despite adverse conditions, we demonstrate that social and economic goals can be combined with foresight, a willingness to change, and responsibility.
