These are compact photovoltaic systems that can be installed on any balcony. Tenants now have the opportunity to generate some of their own electricity. This includes the procurement of the photovoltaic system, as well as its installation and any necessary maintenance work. The installation of a balcony power plant must be carried out by a specialist company.
To operate a balcony power plant, an outdoor electrical outlet is required to feed the generated solar power into the apartment's electrical circuit. You will receive an additional electricity meter from the Villingen-Schwenningen municipal utility company, which accurately records how much of your electricity needs you cover with your own production.
To monitor the productivity and electricity generation of your balcony power plant, you will receive access to a special app.
Due to the flat design of the balcony power plants, you don't lose any usable space on your balcony. The system is attached to the railing.
