Rental service & support
Here you are the first point of contact for our tenants in all matters relating to their apartment and the topic of rent at wbg. Customer contact is therefore your daily business.
Construction & Crafts
You coordinate, plan, and oversee construction projects of all kinds. From renovations and maintenance to new builds, you're fully involved. If you're interested, you can also pick up a tool yourself and carry out minor repairs for our tenants.
Finance & Accounting
Real estate and finance go hand in hand. You prepare invoices, process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and actively help ensure that the balance sheets are correct at the end of the year.
Public Relations
As a company with a public profile, we need the right voice to communicate with the outside world. You will coordinate various marketing activities with our partners and ensure that our tenants are always kept up to date.
