The new "Show with the House" is here!

In a new episode of "The Show with the House," it gets really warm while watching: In the third episode of our little film series, we explain how a pellet heating system works, why you need a vacuum cleaner for it, how the water from the tap is actually heated, and how it is possible to renovate an entire bathroom in just seven days.

With the third episode of "The Show with the House," we present the completion of our modernization project on Schluchseestraße in Schwenningen: While episode 2 focused on the work on insulation, roof, and facade , this new episode explores the technology that generates heat in the house, how this heat is distributed to the apartments, and how bathroom renovations using prefabricated components work. It goes without saying that things get heated: Sebastian tries out quite a few things and ultimately has every reason to celebrate.

“We repeatedly experience that seemingly simple knowledge about the technology in a house is not as self-evident as one might think,” explains wbg Managing Director Rainer Müldner: “With this episode of ‘The Show with the House’ we certainly haven’t tackled any hot-button issues, but instead we show what ideas and knowledge can actually be contained in seemingly simple things like a heating system or a bathroom renovation.”

Actor Sebastian Schnitzer is, of course, back on board as the presenter of this knowledge: In the previous episode, he vividly demonstrated the benefits of facade insulation and how to eliminate thermal bridges. And his small party at the end of the episode certainly doesn't just represent the residents of the now completely modernized building: "For us, too, it's a reason to celebrate that we were able to successfully complete this extensive project despite adverse circumstances such as material shortages and delays," says Rainer Müldner.
