This is how the training proceeds:
During your on-the-job training, you will be the point of contact for our tenants and will also be involved in the brokerage and leasing of our properties. You will also gain insights into real estate accounting and learn the basics of secretarial work. You will also experience the technical side of the real estate industry by participating in viewings, handovers and returns of apartments, as well as by supporting new construction and modernization projects.
Your school training takes place in blocks at the Fritz-Erler-School in Pforzheim.
