What exactly will change? As part of our renovation, we are implementing the following energy-saving measures, all of which will lead to a significant improvement in energy efficiency and living comfort:

  • We build new windows The house will be fitted with modern thermal insulation glazing, which significantly reduces heat loss while also providing better sound insulation and a more comfortable indoor climate. In addition, new, insulated roller shutters will eliminate thermal bridges at the shutter boxes, prevent drafts, and contribute to effective heat protection in the summer.
  • The Insulation of the basement ceiling We also minimize heat loss, resulting in noticeably warmer floors, especially in ground floor apartments.
  • The new thermal insulation composite system This will significantly and comprehensively protect the entire building envelope from heat loss, thereby considerably reducing heating energy requirements and protecting the building structure from weather influences in the long term.
  • With the new roof We also make an important contribution: Modern roof insulation reduces heat loss upwards, keeping the heat out in summer. This improvement in the indoor climate will be particularly noticeable on the top floors.
  • The new balconies They not only offer more living quality in the outdoor area, but are also designed to minimize thermal bridges and blend harmoniously into the energy-optimized building envelope.
