For many years, living space has become increasingly scarce, especially in cities, leading to a corresponding rise in average rents. We offer modern, high-quality living space while remaining below the average rent.

To ensure we can offer suitable housing for the people of Villingen-Schwenningen, we are constantly developing new solutions. We think outside the box and thus repeatedly succeed in realizing exciting projects. For our work, we have already been awarded the German Building Owners' Prize.
